Emergency Laceration Repair – $2500 (in office)/$3000 (house call)

You cut your hand while slicing an avocado.  Your child falls while playing at the playground and now has a big gash on their forehead.  Your leg is cut open by rocks while swimming.  Accidents happen!  If you have sustained a cut that needs stitches, call us right away and have a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon perform an aesthetic, scar-minimizing closure.  All cuts needs to be stitched up within 24 hours so do not delay.

Why not go to the Emergency Room?

Quality of Repair – A plastic surgeon will give you the best chance of avoiding an unappealing scar.  While emergency room doctors are capable of performing a simple closure, they are not trained in aesthetic, scar-minimizing closures.  Very few emergency rooms will have a plastic surgeon available, and those that do often send a plastic surgery intern to perform the closure.  In the rare chance you actually get a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, you will almost certainly be charged extra.

Save Time – You can come to Dr. Zhu’s office and immediately have your laceration repaired.  If you go to the emergency room, you will wait for hours before even getting a room and more hours before seeing a doctor and even more hours before your laceration is finally repaired.

Convenience – Dr. Zhu also performs house calls (within 1 hour drive of the office in Beverly Hills).  Have the laceration closed in the comfort of your own home!

Cost – An emergency room visit can easily cost several thousand dollars even with insurance.  The worst part is you won’t even know the cost until you get a bill months later.  Our price is set and includes all follow-up visits.

Emergency Plastic Surgery Consultation – $197 (Mon-Fri 9-5)/$297 (after hours)

You had plastic surgery somewhere else but can’t get in contact with your plastic surgeon. You had plastic surgery abroad and now feel that something is not right.  You need stitches or a drain removed.  You got botox/filler from a nurse at a medispa and have a vascular occlusion (we have hyluronidase on hand at all times for dissolving filler).  Your reunion is coming up and you really need that facelift ASAP.  Call our office today and Dr. Zhu will see you emergently!  We see patients in-office, virtually, and do house calls!
